A Brand New Start Counseling was designed with the idea of making
people feel warm and fuzzy inside while they work through
life’s issues—and what better way to feel warm and fuzzy than to bring
your furry friend with you to therapy? Studies have proven that pets
relax us and help us to feel less stressed, which means it will be
easier for you to open up in your sessions and feel more like sharing
while your pet basks in the sun next to you or takes a nap. While you
are being guided to your very own brand new start by your counselor,
don’t forget that there is no better therapist in the world than a
puppy licking your face or a kitten purring in your lap! Remember…no
snakes or spiders, please!
